I made a scene for a client in Blender but he didn’t tell me it was for Cinema 4D until after I finished it. So I exported all the objects as .obj files and sent him the folder with the textures. He said it would be better if he could get the objects in one file but as separate objects and with the textures applied. My understanding is this isn’t possible to do but I thought I’d ask. If anyone has any advice let me know.
why wouldn’t be possible, just send him single .obj or .fbx or .dae
it all depends on how the scene is made
helps, if you know what you’re doing, how & what different file formats support
