Has anyone tried to do Blender to ShiVa3d Game Engine? If so, was it painful or it went well that Blender and ShiVa3d are fully compatible with each other? Thanks in advance.
Hmm… never heard about shiva before, does look interesting.

Not sure what you mean by “Blender to Shiva3D”. This is the game engine section of the forums, so I assume you mean porting a game made in the BGE over to Shiva3D. That’s not really supported, as far as I can tell, as the two engines use separate programming languages (logic bricks or Python with the BGE, and Lua with Shiva). So, your logic would be lost between them. You should be able to export your models and animations from Blender, though.

I’m not sure how “alive” Shiva3D is. It’s been at 1.9.1 for some time now (perhaps even several years). From searching the forum, it would look like the company is in a state of liquidation. Some news may come around this month, though.
According to recent news articles, the company behind Shiva3D really did go bankrupt so the engine is indeed dead.
This is further cemented by the fact that the developers of other engines are offering discounted licenses to Shiva3D users who are now facing the fact that they will likely need to find another engine.
So to answer the question in short, don’t bother.
