Blender usage via RDP

I got a weird error message “opengl 3.3 or heigher needed” from blender when we connect via laptop and rdp on a windows 10 pc (where blender runs without problems) and start blender.

I installed blender local on the same laptop and it runs without error message. My coworker would prefer running it on the pc because better performance.

I would consider this clearly as bug and report it or iam missing someting. Anyone knows a workaround?

added, found this:

It’s more likely to be the RDP client than Blender. Windows 10 RDP doesn’t support opengl. Try another client like Teamviewer.

I didnt know that rdp renders gui on the client.
I believed they just copy the screen buffer and display it locally.
