Blender viewport camera is rotated at weird angle

Okay, this is a really weird issue that I’m having that I don’t know how to fix. It’s not impossible to work with, but extremely annoying. My blender orbiting camera (Not render camera) Is tilted 20 degrees to the right.

Maybe you have your orbit style set to Trackball? You can check/change it at: User Preferences/Input/Orbit Style.
