Blender Viewport-Materials

Is there a way to get rid of these stupid separate textures in the viewport
or at least ignore them when exporting / set all viewport-materials to the actual textures of the material the polygons got assigned?
i reworked a huge mesh of an open-world-game
all this time i used glsl-view in textures mode
so i could see the textures as they really are … but when exporting everything gets completely messed up

any help appreciated

and it seems like all exporters take the textures in set up in the viewport not the actual materials
