Sometime I have model for specific clients and may not be published on the internet.
Create an account at AWS, load it up to an S3 bucket & accelerate the content delivery with Cloudfront.
AWS has very fair prices.

You can also make the video unlisted so only someone with the youtube link can see it. Vimeo has similar features + password with a paid account.
