Blender wont use camera objects copied from other scenes?

Well i am trying to make an animation which has three different scenes. To test out compositing a bit. However i have an animated camera i need to have a COPY (not a link) of in each scene. I have made the animation on one camera, and have now and created a LINK object in the other scenes, then duplicated the LINK to a REAL object and deleted the link.

However in the compositing section, the “renderlayer” inputs for those duplicated cameras simply will not output anything, even though theres no “camera” selection within the “renderlayer” object’s options. The only possible clue is that the duplicated cameras also have a squiggly arrow in the object overview in the top left corner, where the original one doesnt.

Whats going on and how do i fix it?

Are the REAL objects cameras? Why did you copy the first camera then make them unique afterwards, what was the point in linking them ion the first place?

Hi there, I figured out the issue, I hadnt told that individual scene to use the camera (in scene settings). To answer your question, all i needed to do was copy the camera and its animation to the other two scenes, but from my ersearch it seems the only way to do this is create a LINK camera, then duplicate it within the scene, then delete the linked camera.
