Blender XNA content pipeline

I read on some newsgroup (cant remember which one) that someone was looking into a .Blend XNA content pipeline,

Does anyone know anything about this?



I don’t know about that, but Michael’s Klucher (part of the XNA development team I believe) wondered aloud on his XNA blog recently what software should be supported and a reader suggested free tools like Blender.

Shouldn’t it be fairly easy to use Blender to develop for XNA since there is a DirectX export tool?

Hm it would be really nice to have a instant importer function.
Just save the blend-File and thats it. Would be a dream,
but it’s not impossible, you can create your own content processor,
although it might be hard work.
