Blender/ZBrush multiple UV Maps?

There was a thread on this a while back, but it got closed, and Blender now has multilple UVs, so I thought I’d post a question.

I’m making a model that I intend to refine and paint in ZBrush. I’ll need a TON more detail in the head than in the rest of the body. Unfortunately, there’s no handy seams to hide a transition. I’d like to be able to use 2 UV maps in ZBrush and Blender to paint a low-res map for the whole body and then drop another, very high-rez head texture on top of that (layers in Blender) with an alpha channel blend to feather the transition. Is this possible? Anybody done it?

By the way, if this is completely insane, does anyone have any other suggestions on how to accomplish the same thing?

make a third UV for the neck that covers up the transition point…no wait…just use a body UV texture, and alpha it to 0 near the top (neck), and then for the head, increase its alpha to 0 near the bottom, and have both UV maps overlay each other (the neck). they will blend nicely then.

How would you get multiple UV’s to Zbrush?
