This isn’t all too important to me right now, though I was just wondering:
I was just toying around with some custom bloom effects I found on a blog post.
They’re pretty nice and easy to understand, but…
They make EVERYTHING glow.
Even things that have no right to glow.
Oh sure, the flames look a lot more impressive, but Nach looks like a modern art Christmas tree and all the rest like somebody accidentally dropped vaseline over… all of it.
The only things having the emit value turned up are the flames.
If I’m ever going to use bloom shaders then this just wont do.
Is there a way to make sure only specific objects are effected by bloom?
I’ve played plenty of older games… like… Star Wars Battlefront original old, that have specific items all bloomy.
So is that possible in blender GE?
