Bloom on Lighten Areas?

Hi guys, i have seen that some games have bloom only in the lighten ares, like this

is this possible? and someone can give me an example file? 8i dont know too much of phyton), thanks

I get an error from that link, but generally in a bloom shader they bump up the contrast before blurring, so only the brighter areas are bloomed- but if you want to get really serious, then engines like the Source engine allow for HDR- in which case they have a range of brightnesses that is wider than the monitor can display, and parts that are “brighter than white” get bloom. Blender can’t do that yet though.
