Bone Constrain: Child of unexpected rotation

Hello here, I have an issue using the Child of Bone Constraint. At some point the bone starts rotating weirdly and I don’t know how to fix that. Here is an example of what is it doing. See the suitcase:
ArmMovementIssue As you can see the rotation of the bone of the suitcase stops following the rotation of the “wrist” (last blue bone in the chain) which the suitcase bone is now parented to.
