Bone heating failed *blend file`

I dis-attached head from body to work on it, now when i reattach it
to parent it with automatic weighting, it fails + it wont move at all
with armature. It would mean alot if somebody can have a look for
me and solve this simple problem…Thanks

It erased your vertex group for the head bone when you detached it from the model. Go into the Object Data tab and find the ‘head’ vertex group under ‘vertex groups’… you should still have the vertex group there, it’s just empty right now… select the ‘head’ vertex group; then go into weight paint mode [ctrl-tab], and paint in the part of the model that should move with the head bone.
