I’m new to Blender, and I’m not sure how to achieve a certain kind of bone movement. Lets say I have two bones on screen, one above the other. What I’m trying to achieve is that when I move or rotate the bottom bone, the upper bone automatically moves/rotates half as far in the same direction. How do I do this?
You could add a bone copy transform constraint to the top bone. Select the bottom bone in the constraint settings and set the influence to 0.5
