Bone Over-Influencing

I’m having a problem with one of my objects being ‘over-influenced’ by a bone. As in, it seems to move at an accelerated rate - moving/rotating MORE than the actual bone does. (Say if I were to rotate the bone 360 degrees, the object would rotate 540 degrees)

What could be causing this?

Does your object have 2 armature modifiers possibly?
Really need to see the file to do anything but guess.

Thanks, I figured out what it was.

I had the object parented to the armature/bone as well as having an armature modifier~
