Bone Segments and v2.78

So, here I am trying to improve my first IK rig and I’ve come across a great YouTube that mentions the Bone Segments, but this setting doesn’t exist in 2.78.

I could just play around for hours getting nowhere, or ask here and see if anyone else knows what the equivalent would be!

Could be B-Bones / Bendy-Bones.

I’m an idiot! I saw the IK section and convinced myself the settings should be in there.
