what would cause a bone in pose mode not to be able to rotate that’s 1. not parented to anything and 2. not part of any constraints
I’m trying to get this action constraint working, and I can’t create a bone that can rotate in pose mode to enable it. >_< What am I forgetting?
Oops. Sorry for the nonesense post… I simply had rotate from median point enabled… I wasted 20 minutes in confusion… 0_o
I had the same problem.
In my case, it was not because of Median Point enabled.
It was because Move Object Centers (near Pivot) was enabled…
