Bones and mesh move to different position in pose mode

Hi guys. I added a new bone and tried to make it a pole target. But after setting the pole target it moved to a weird position. And the left arm of this guy also got to a weird position.

You can see the right arm has been in a weird position
But in edit mode it look good.
How to solve this ?

Change the pole angle on the IK constraint.
