Bones won't rotate

I set up an armature system and everything sould be in working order, but when I go in pose mode, the bones won’t rotate. I can grab them and move them with (G), and they will move as expected and deform the mesh, but they don’t rotate. What’s wrong?

I just discovered, it works in 2.25 but not in 2.34… odd.

Can you post the blend file. I`m curious as to what the problem can be.
