any clue on how to fix the rotatin armatures, without locktrack in tuhopuu?

ok, deal is, my robot’s body, keeps rotating… an armature is set to bend only one way… like your arm… but I want it to bend both ways, like your foot… that help? I am just not sure how to achieve that with character animation…
