BRayBaker problem

I’m having some problems with BRayBaker. I tried to bake the default cube of the default scene using default script settings and here’s what I got:

As you can see, the world background color (Blue) is noticeable on the cube edges…
How can I avoid this? (Especially baking complex models)

I usually bake a neutral color, and then go araound and paint shop the edges.

No real easy answer here, allthough the script does do a pretty good job of getting most edges on more complex models.
