Thanks everyone, I just watched a gore movie where main actor took out female victim’s eyeballs using a spoon, seeing that scene really made me want to taste her eyeballs :p, and there came this idea 
Any idea how I can make it look creepier and dirtier.

very strange… but in the most interesting way! Strangely, I really like this. I especially love how instead of a regular cutting knife you put in there a scalpel along with the fork, very creative!
