Buckykey+mouse change to Curve Handle type? ala Illustrator/Pshop

In many apps when adjusting the handles of a curve node, such as in Illustrator or PShop, holding down a buckykey (shift/ctrl/alt/combo) while manipulating a handle can change the handle type, ‘breaking’ the node, unbreaking it, keeping it equal, etc.

Is there some way to do that in Blender? I’m not enjoying calling up a menu continually.
