Bug in Blender 2.47 - Animating Material Color error

Hello guys.

Can someone confirm a bug in Blender 2.47? I’m trying to animate the color of a particle system.
After creating a first keyframe, when i change to another frame and try to change the color in the color picker, everything goes fine but when i exit the colorpicker, the color reverts to the first keyframe immediately.

Confirmed - I got it too, with both free edit and set editable.

EDIT: I was able to get around this by opening an IPO window and switching to material, and tabbing in to edit the individual R G & B curves. Not what you need though.
