if i set a keyframe in a composite node, it shows up in the dopesheet/graph editor. if i set a keyframe in a material or texture node, it doesn’t. the keyframe definitely exists, and animates the property where it was set, but there’s no graphical way to work with it, its seems.

@mikahl, thanks so much for the reply! that linked post really helped explain what i was experiencing, and its good to know that someone is aware and looking into it
for the time being i guess i’ll just proceed with the hopes that i don’t need to move or tweak the keyframes i’m currently creating. i seem to be getting more frequent crashes doing this stuff, but its a relatively minor project, so hopefully i can muddle my way through and look forward to better times ahead
Glad you found it helpful. Keep in mind Blender2.5 is still in a state of flux. That being said, I hope all your 2.5 projects are relatively minor for now
