Bug? Strange colored display text and items in Solid View with custom GLSL shader

I have a simple custom GLSL shader for my material. Being in Solid View the display items/text gets colored too. The update function for the material doesn’t change the color of the object nor the display. In Textured View everything looks normal.
Shouldn’t in Solid View the shader don’t work? Not on the object. But especially not on the display?


Using Blender blender-2.66-r54782-linux-glibc211-x86_64 from daily build repo.
