If you think these are bugs, report them yourself rather than just creating a post in a forum in the hope that some developer sees it.
In the hlep menu in blender there is a link to report bugs.
Look in the File / User Preferences / Input and you can set up these shortcuts yourself
i know dude. but every ket i put for them. it delete. i mean when i say for example Y for edge loop. it gone . i report to other site & they said to me. it fixed in new version. but it didnt fix yet

So… a tutorial that shows you some standard Blender hot keys doesn’t work when YOU have changed the hot keys to something else. This is not a bug. This is not even close to a bug. You might, maybe, have an issue with lynda-the-tutorial-writer IF lynda said the tutorial works with 3DSMax key bindings, but if not, I think you are out of luck there, too.
Here is a simple suggestion: when you are trying to follow a Blender tutorial, switch your hot keys to Blender hot keys. Do the tutorial, learn what you can, then switch back to your beloved 3DSMax preset to do your own work.
Basically, the tutorial you followed is for the default Blender hotkeys. In Blender you changed them to the 3DS max hotkeys, so they aren’t going to be the same. To follow the tutorial properly then change the hotkeys back to the Blender ones. I highly advise doing so because all Blender tutorials use the default hotkeys. When you know what all the functions are, you can change them back. (:
This isn’t a bug, it is supposed to happen.
Although, if you do find a bug, the proper place to report this is in the bug tracker, the link to which can be found on blender.org.
You may have had replies when you put bug reports on this forum, but they might not have been developers. Developers wouldn’t have enough time to go through a forum on the off chance there may be someone with a bug.
