Oh yeah. I know that it’s impossible to actually see a hypercube (or 4 dimensional cube) in the 3D world, and translating it to a 2D drawing is very confusing.
However, being as it may, I wish to make a 3D hypercube in the engine which rotates and scales as it would in those awesome youtube videos. Does anyone know how?
So, it’s basically just a cube that, when one side envelops the others, that side switches to the outer side. Then, the inside cube’s face that the inner cube started from because the outer cube’s face… It’s harder to explain than I thought. You could probably do that with 2 cubes, and just mess with the shape actions / armature that controls it? The more I think about it, the less it seems simple.
