Bulk convert fbx to blend file in cmd

Hi Iam glad to post my new question. Like you see in the title i want to Bulk convert fbx to blend files from command line. I have more than 6 000 000 files and can’t convert fbx to blend one by one. I search on google but nothing !!! any helps? please !!! Thanks
