It’s happening with every other model so I’m at fault for not doing something right but what? I used simplecage to create it In object mode when moving the cage just stays at the point 0.When pressing space and moving character a little the cage falls into oblivion or explodes covering all my screen .

Also i was doing manual jiggle cage physics, in your case i think you forgot to add the stiffness vertex group with stiffness value set to 1.0, and that the cage should be parented to the armature object.
