Call for Screenies for blender.org

Blender.org’s “Features” section needs new screenies based on 2.5

png format
good use of space
oriented to different jobs (modeling, animating, sequencing… you get the idea)
amazing looking!

Sculpting and reference library/ viewer across two screens.

Not sure if this will be allowed (Images are ones I bought from 3D.SK).

Edit: Re-uploaded as ImageShack decided to resize.

daniel, it would be better if you could composite the sculpted horse better in its screen… to small, to low…
Well, and in my humble and questionable opinion, the sculpting brushed are in the way…

oh and make sure imageshack doesn’t scale down your image when uploading.

My first project.
A joyful journey of mistakes, frustration, discovery and more mistakes.

3PointEdit, your screenie is also scaled down.
Make sure imageshack doesn’t scale the image down. The settings for scaling are in the home page. Besides that, i’d suggest going into full screen mode when doing these screenshots. Thanks.

i use it like this : http://digitalaphasia.com/BLENDS/carscreenie.png, switching to fullscreen mode between upper and lower views

I suggest that we stick to the default theme for better reference for beginners.

it’s ok to use themes, this is not a reference or manual for beginners, just a showcast

Working on the hair of a blue guy:

Didn’t know about the scaling issue, thanks. I don’t work in full screen for editing, so the multi-screen mode actually replicates a traditional NLE (Non Linear Editor) setup. and should be apealing/familiar to video editors (to some degree).
Edit:
OK, I got it up at Pasteall instead.

3Point, i dunno, having to see your startbar is kinda out of stile for program screenshots

Doh! Yep, gotta fix that up.
EDIT:
Fixed

it’s ok i will crop when necessary. cheers! nice pics

Here’s my 2 cents  from 2 of my past animation projects:
