yes…you can make any game using Blender game engine ! but you have to know…Python and GLSL programming !
I think he’s asking if he can make a MW map in Blender, then make it so he can play the map in COD. My guess would be that the answer is no or at least very difficult. COD probably uses a proprietary tool to create their maps for the MW engine. More research required.
