Hey!.. why don’t you try Cycles?! at least for some test shots!
Got some wicked banding on the first one, second looks a lot better but it’s still there. I had to google the watch, looks good! 
i think keyshot it very nice for still image
it’s easy and powerful
but cycles, i think need to develop
other render engine like mental ray or keyshot are work on shaders like glass, car paint and etc
but cycles …
