camera blur for fps

I tried looking before I posted but couldn’t find what I was lookig for.
I’m wanting to add a litttle motion blur when the camera jolts/rotates quickly like in games such as portal or crysis.
I know there is a built in motion blur 2d filter, but it doesn’t look right. I don’t want it to look like it’s leaving a trail meshes behind it.

Thanks, but I couldn’t find any blur in the link. I just want to know if anyone has made a blur effect like the one in this video
