Hi,
I tried for the first time to activate the camera view, it is weird. I went to the previous file, and this is the result, it seems to view somewhere else in the scene.
This last one is a previous file. What could of caused this?

This is Object as Camera
mode, you may have entered it by selecting an object and pressing Ctrl+Num0
. You should be able to fix it by selecting your camera and pressing Ctrl+Num0
.
usually you only need to click Num0, i’m pretty sure you don’t need to press Ctrl
Ctrl+Num0
sets the selected camera as active. Num0
only changes the view to active camera view.
ok, i didn’t know that.
To achieve a the view I want I usually create an empty object and place that where I want the camera to look.

I create an empty and have the camera look at that. This is done by adding a camera constraint.and setting it to look at the empty then settings are- z and y this means the camera always looks at your empty .You are then free to move the empty to any shot you wish.
Thanks for the responses, I started a new file, so I haven’t returned to this.
