TITLE: ON A CURVE

Hello.

I need to animate a(n ortographic) camera to move over a flat surface, pointing straight down and not rotate when moving on the path curve.

When I disable “follow” option in path animation tab the camera will point to a seemingly random point in space. Rotating the camera by hand will not yield perfectly aligned results, so I am wondering whether anything “clean” can be done, i.e. changing curve’s mean tilt (doesn’t work) or something similar.
