It depends on what you wanna change. Object Properties and Object Data Properties can be found in their respective tabs in the Properties window, things like its size, axis, name, etc.

But if you wanna make it look like a top hat or a monkey, you’re out of luck, I think. I’ve never come across any way to give it a different shape.

that is strange when I opened up the file the camera looked like a plane
then today I re open it and Camera is normal shape!

don’t know might be something weird on MS or blender
and back to normal

The only thing I’ve ever seen that looks anything like what you’re describing is setting the camera’s Orthographic Scale to values larger than 10. To see what I’m talking about, select the camera and go to Properties window > Object Data Properties > and under Lens change Type from Perspective to Orthographic. Then play with the Orthographic Scale just below that.

in 2.8 I cannot find the lens option !

now in object prop
i did find in viewport display
something like display as texture solid wire

what does this do ?

You’re looking in Object Properties. You need to be in Object Data Properties. With the camera selected, the tab icon looks like a green camera. (see the bottom arrow in the image):

Orthographic Scale

what about the other options in viewport display ?

You’ll have to put more words into your question. I have no idea what you’re asking.

with camera selected and in object mode
there is this viewport display panel with many options

some options are in the display as !
but have not been able to make this work
