can anyone help. i dont understand ac at all and searched

i know i asked this a while ago and i did read the documentation.
but i do not under action constraints at all.

I want to animate a fist, and ac seems the be the less cpu intensive way and the method of choice around here. i read the docu and searched numerous topis and some topis have steps, but none have detailed steps.

i have my entire hand rigged with normal bones and 1 empty bone for the fist making movement.

can anyone post detailed steps or maybe a link to a tut on action constratins and fist making?(hand gesturing)

what? ik on the finger tips isn’t good enough?

or you aren’t used to pressing the axis key twice when doing fk rotations to do a rotation about the local [bone] axis?
