I was trying to model this using a reference image, and now I’m stuck. I’ve heard that it’s best to take the support of the community when you’re a beginner. So can anyone help me solve this? And what alternative method can I use for the future?

What happens if you were to apply a subsurface smooth modifier? Does the head look smooth and nice, or does it look weird?
Your topology needs to have some nice loops around the eyes and mouth, and 2 poles on the cheeks, above the brows, bacically 1 pole, whenever faceloops meet.
