Can anyone recommend any tutorials on Blender Physics?

I want to create a large building composed of small cubes.
And then have sphere come crashing in with a starting force,
and smash the building. I want the cubes to fall and bounce
precisely like they would in real life.


You can make that type of sequence using Game Physics Ridged Body Animation.

This brief tutorial illustrates how to do that using the Fracture Addon which can do that sort of thing.
Iā€™m not sure if cubes is a fracture type though
