is there a script that would enable blender to either receive or transmit MTC MMC or MIDI clock messages in order to sync it to an external DAW or sequencer?

There isnt a working real time midi script available, there was one but i think it only works in blender 2.3x and with python 2.2 or 2.3
there is a python libary that does realt time midi, you could use this to write a script for what you need.
