Can Blender 2.5 create games in html?

after I saw Sculpteo website, I love their webpage that you can view in 3d… and there other in Blender’s games that you can playing in webpage like that… Big pixel racing

how can I get that? is there a tutor for that?

Hello
HTML is a “description language” to create web pages…you can’t do a “game” with it, as far as I know!
Probably those games you’re talking are made with Flash, proprietary and closed technology, than “embedded” in a HTML page.
Blender used to have a “Web Plug-in”, obsolete now, but some people seems to make it alive again?

Bye

Check out Burster. Should do what you need… (once you have your game created in Blender, that is…)

Burster sound good, but there a con. it force someone to download that plug in to open… is there other way to view a 3d model?

Perhaps X3dom is something for you! It’s a rather new technology, which intergrates 3d models direct into your homepage (i.e. without any plugin!). However, it only works in the latest browser versions… and to make a game out of it, it needs some programming of course!
There is a tutorial on how to put your 3d model out of blender into a website with x3dom in the tutorial section of the page!

An alternative for turnarrounds would be Quicktime VR. As Quicktime is very popular, you don’t have to be unsure about using it…

(it seems that I aren’t allowed to post links yet, so you have to google X3dom and quicktime vr…)

Ive test all 3 way (burster, X3Dom and Quicktime VR)
all of those are good. working very well, I think X3Dom are winner for model viewer for future when beta finished. Ive download beta for website tester to see if my website run smooth so when beta are finished my website will be ready for their launch.

And burster are very simple. all I need a attach blender’s exe into website page and its working in most browsers engine. That mean its suit online games. Dont need to download alots of games. just download software. I can warn public that it need plug-in before open new page. that will do.

Thank you OTO, Micha & Mzungu

If you’re just wanting to present your models (for viewing from all angles), the search here for thoro’s 3DNP. (I think it just pre-renders your model from given angles and puts the pics on your page with an interface to “rotate” it. Simple & elegant, but not anything beyond viewing…

yes, Ive found this Thoro’s 3d no plugin

it look great. Ill use that aswell. thanks!

so I shall have buster & Thoro’s 3d no plugin for my webpage.
Ill test it out before pubish it. heh. maybe Ill have my website ready after 30th jan.

ill keep X3dom for furture… it may useful.

What you want is coming up soon:
It is HTML5 with webGL. It will allow html with hardware accelerated opengl. So far the latest Chrome and Firefox beta support it.
It will be the de facto standard for web3d as it will require no plugin and be part of html.

The downside is, it is under development and you got to wait for kinky blender2html5 exporters and other stuff.
