Can Blender 2.5 Import .SVG files?

I have created vectors in Illustrator and saved them as .SVG to import them into Blender 2.5, but I see there is no option to select.SVG in the import options.

It can be done in Blender 2.49 but not 2.5 yet.

Look for import Paths

You can then reopen the 2.49 file in 2.5 if you want to.

fire up your favourite search engine and paste in…

site:graphicall.org 2.5 svg

this should get you a list of recent 2.5 builds with vectex svg plugin! enjoy!
