Can create/add controller using python?

I am just wondering if this is possible in 2.49. I have hundreds of objects and I would like to just add a controller to each one.

You can copy logic bricks. Just select all your objects, and then select the one with the logic bricks last. Then I think it was ctrl+c to bring up the copy menu.
