Can I bend a mesh with a bezier circle?

Hi there, I’ve looked at some tutorials and still have not found the answer to this. I tried doing this with a bezier curve, but could not form a circle and everything was stretched. Is there a way I can curve a mesh, a wall, into a circle. I have also tried using warp but I still could not do it. I’ve only been using Blender for a couple of weeks now. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you can do it both ways.
In the attached .blend, the one on the left uses a curve modifier to bend around a curve circle. To scale it, resize the Curve then scale the cube along the X axis You could use a bezier curve or path instead of the circle.

The one on the right is set up to use Warp. Note that it curves around the 3D Cursor from the point of view you are using. To test it, go into Edit mode and SHIFT+W.

Hope this helps.
