Can I copy uv map coordinates/verts from one object to another with same verts?

So, basically, am doing a edit for the Skyrim head model. I deleted half the head, added a mirror modifier, did my edits, then converted back to a new mesh. The model looks good to me, but the problem is that for my UV editor only shows half the UV map and I can not duplicate the other half of the map. So is there a way to apply the mirror to the UV map as well? Because unwrapping the new mesh doesn’t give the same UV map. Or is there a way I can copy coordinates from one uv to another uv?

Ctrl+L / ‘Transfer UV Layout’ to copy the uvs from the active object to any other selected objects
