Can I Flip Normals outside at one section?

I made a wineglass with spin,
and some of the faces direction are inside(some are outside).
Flip them one by one will be a hard work because some of them are too small.
If there any way to make all of them outside, or set the direction before spin?

Select all verts, press ctrl+n.
