Can install MB - Lab 1.7.4 zip into Blender 2.8

I went here:
https://mb-lab-community.github.io/MB-Lab.github.io/
scrolled to the bottom and got the 2.8 version.
I can’t install it. I navigate to the right folder, select the right zip file, hit the install from file button, and nothing happens. When I search for “Characters” I get nothing.

These are the exact steps I took when installing MB - Lab 1.6.5 on Blender 2.79, only there it worked.

Here are my box’s specs, in case it is the problem:

Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Processor: AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor, AMD64 Family 21 Model 2 Stepping 0

Antivirus: Avast Antivirus, Updated and Enabled

That graphics adapter, the Fresco Logic, runs my 2nd monitor.
My real graphics card is this:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (EVGA)

Could that be causing this problem?

Go to: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.8\scripts\addons\

And, there folder MB-Lab-1.7.4. Rename it to MB-Lab
If there is no folder unzip it there, and then rename.
Then hit refresh in your addon preferences.

Thanks for responding. I did what you said and came up with this directory structure:
C:\Users\Carcass\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\scripts\addons\MBLAB

I restarted Blender 2.8, went into Edit > Preferences
Refreshed and could not find it.

Shoot. I should have searched for “MB” instead of “characters”. I got it now, thanks.
