um…probably? But why not just try installing it and see for yourself? It’s not much trouble.

Yes, you should try it. If you have trouble, the first you should check, if OpenGL is properly installed. If there is problem painting the canvas, then it is about a graphic card issue, propably S3 is not among the most usual graphic cards. But try first so you’ll know!
