Yeah it’ll be fine. On the other hand, Blender can bring a super computer to its knees with a few clicks. Depends on what you are trying to do with it. Your system is fine but you should monitor your temps if you do any heavy rendering jobs.
Blender likes memory. With 8 gigs, you won’t have much to worry about when starting out, but once you get into really complex scenes, particle systems, simulations etc, Blender can start to slow down. If this happens to you (it may never, given the amount of RAM you have, but it depends on what you are doing), you may want to run Blender with no other programs open or running in the background.

Your PC is fine,If you have money to waste then you can upgrade to 32GB’s of ram and if you are going to use cycles a card with a bit more memory wouldn’t hurt (I have 4GB 680 and 16GB’s of ram)
